Monday Morning Accident Sends One Person to the Hospital

PADUCAH, KY – Emergency personnel were called to the scene of a one vehicle accident Monday morning that sent a Paducah Woman to the Hospital.
McCracken County Deputies were called to Harris road about 7:40 AM Monday morning for a one vehicle accident. Beverly Swift, 51 of Paducah, was traveling East on Harris Road when the right side tires dropped off the edge of the road. Ms. Swift sideswiped a utility pole and hit a telephone junction box. Ms. Swift was taken to Lourdes Hospital by Mercy Regional Ambulance Service. Concord Fire Department also assisted at the scene.Information provided to iSurf by Deputy Tim Reed of the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department.
