Monday Morning Accident Sends One Person to the Hospital

altPADUCAH, KY – Emergency personnel were called to the scene of a one vehicle accident Monday morning that sent a Paducah Woman to the Hospital. McCracken County Deputies were called to Harris road about 7:40 AM Monday morning for a one vehicle accident. Beverly Swift, 51 of Paducah, was traveling East on Harris Road when the right side tires dropped off the edge of the road. Ms. Swift sideswiped a utility pole and hit a telephone junction box. Ms. Swift was taken to Lourdes Hospital by Mercy Regional Ambulance Service. Concord Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
